Allowing only cost codes that have a labor budget attached to them will offer a twofold benefit. First, it will provide a first level assurance that labor costs aren't posted to non-labor related cost code. Secondly, it could cut down on the amount of cost codes a field user has to choose from quite substantially, thereby making employee timecard entry even easier to use.

Reducing the number of cost codes available to the mobile timecard user is a good suggestion to help reduce errors and make selection simpler. We are considering methods of streamlining and simplifying the available cost code list and will look into options for incorporating this in the future.
