Remove Inactive projects when a user's Mobile User Settings are set to "Manual" project control

When a user's Mobile User Settings are set to "Dynamic" project control, projects that are set to Inactive are removed from the user’s ProContractor Mobile app in the first sync after the change. This is not the case for user's who have "Manual" project control (which is the setting we use for all our employees in the field). Inactive projects continue to show up in their list of Projects.

We would like the “Manual” project control to allow us to set it so that Inactive projects are automatically removed from the user’s ProContractor Mobile app in the first sync after the change.

Yes, it wouldn’t require much effort to also filter out inactive projects with manual project control when the publisher is running.  If there are related changes to the Mobile Settings screen (automatically remove items from the right-hand side of the project control list when the project becomes inactive, remove the “Show inactive projects” checkbox if it no longer makes sense to have it there, etc.), it may become a little more involved.
