Have a clock in and out on the Mobile app like the old school punch in and out clocks on the 1/4 hour. It will allow for more accurate documentation of time worked and accountability for employees. Since payroll is one the highest expenses for most contractors this will allow for better costing and budgeting.

Have had issue relating to lunch time/breaks. Issue has been that some employees are able to work through a full day for whatever reason while others are not. A punch in and out or maybe a 1/2 hour or 1 hour box to deduct from total hours for the day to account for breaks/lunch time would at least half the amount of required data entry. Would also make time entry much more accurate, detailed, and more meaningful in review of payroll hours. Agree that better costing and also think significant cost savings would result as well.
I'm told this is coming very soon along with geo-fencing and some other interesting options for "punching in & out." I was baffled that these features weren't available because they are outlined in the online PC Help documentation. I was told that these features were delayed from the last update but had already been published in the Help files. If you're curious as to what sort of features are coming, when logged into ProContractor click the Help button at the top right of the window (next to the LOG OUT button), choose ProContractor Help, and then use the search function to search for "geofencing." From the search results, choose Mobile User Settings, and then scroll down to the "Timecard Entry" options.
Add time clock/clock in and out option to the program for hourly administrative staff. We manage admin staff from a corporate office 1800 miles from the field office. They fill out time sheets in excel and email them in. It would be great to populate payroll from time stamped data in the system.
Will save much time and money with this feature.
