Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Currently there is no way to see an overview of time submissions. I would love to see this in two places.
First - In the app for my employees submitting time. Currently, the hate how they have to look up each DFR to double check the time they submitted. We have 25 guys submitting time each week for 70 employees. Human error happens - give them the ability to review their time submissions in one place for their guys in the field rather than looking up each DFR. Currently they spend up to 30 minutes trying to review. Make it more like 5 minutes, please!
Second - We need to review the time before we import to payroll to make sure it's all accurate. Same thing applies, we are required to open each DFR. It's a pain reviewing hundreds of DFRs per week. Cut this 3 hours process down to 30 minutes by allowing us to see a Time Card Overview before importing.
I think both these ideas would really benefit the Mobile app. It would really help us keep our field guys happy and that's a huge priority for us. Thanks for listening!
