Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
The Cost code detail only gives financial information. This tool is in the hands of our field crew and needs to include man hours and units, both budgeted and complete to date. This information is more useful for front line field supervisors than the dollars. It would be nice if they could be turned on or off in the mobile connect settings so that foremen can only see units and hours with no financial info, Superintendents could see both, etc..

The data that is entered from the field as Completed Scope preferably ( IMO ) the projects specific UOM #1 ( GSF / SF for instance ) would allow for quick reporting on things like project health or tentative % complete for billing.
In addition to having manhours at cost code level, a high level view of total budgeted labor hours and hours to date on the Project Financials tab of Project Details would give PM's a great "first glance" look at the performance of a project.
Thanks for the suggestion. After releasing our initial generally usable version of the app, we are beginning to focus on how we can build out more specific functionality in certain areas. One of these areas - among many - that we're looking at is to provide more admin control of how certain estimated/budgeted items get pushed out to the devices, including units and hours. We will take your request into consideration as we move toward this goal.
