Give users who find verifiable issues within your programs a cash bonus for finding them

Users don't have a lot of time to submit issues they find due to overwhelming workloads. A cash "bounty" would provide an incentive for us to take the time to submit them.  

I know the QA department does their best but it's "real life" users who do the best testing.
