add standard windows shortcut key combinations to all areas of program i.e. ctrl-c to copy. crtl-p to paste

When updating summary reports you have to select all current reports with the mouse. If you enabled the microsoft select all (ctrl-a) shortcut it would allow us to select all without having to move to the mouse, then select all reports thus eliminating steps to complete the process.

There are several other areas within the program that have "odd" functionality also, I just can't put a finger on them at this moment.
