We just updated to the 3.12.1V2 service pack and I think the drag & drop feature is missing. I tried adding a document to a Vendor's binder and nothing happened. I had to find the file using the "Attachment Value" box and had to search for the document. Another employee noticed it was missing from the Subcontracts also. The drag & drop was so convenient.

What version (Help Menu - About PC) are you currently on? We tested on the latest and it is working.

I've seen this happen before after an update. Close out of PC, restart your computer and go back in to PC. In the past this has fixed the problem.
