I would like for PC to give you an error message when you go over budget on a specific cost code when entering an invoice under the pending approval setting. We are spending extra time going over the error messages when my boss goes to approve the invoices. If it wouldn't allow me to enter the invoices that has a cost code over budget in pending approval it will save time/an extra step because I will be able to fix the issue versus it going to my boss then back to me to fix the issue.
