Make "Probation Period Months" on Paid Time Off Tab of the Employee profile a required yellow field

This is a crucial step in the set up which can cause the PTO to calculate or not. While it is a required field in the "Paid Time Off" screen, which flows through to the Employee record, user's are able to delete this field in the employee profile causing PTO to not accrue for that Employee. PTO setups are complicated enough and this simple change would reduce customer frustration and cases.
