Modfiy, add or delete cost type categories

Currently, we have fuel under Other for cost type category as it was the only one that made sense.  When we enter invoices for fuel for projects, other is where it's coded and goes to miscellaneous expenses for projects on the income statement. It would be nice to see fuel separated out so we can see fuel costs for projects instead of manually separating them out from whatever else is in miscellaneous expenses.
