Users may have equipment that is not tied to a single employee that needs to be charged to Project.
Current functionality of only importing equipment tied to an employee is too restrictive as there is a limit of 2 equipment items per employee. There is also a limitation that equipment tied to an employee must go to the same cost code as employee time. There are times when these conditions are not met.
We should be able to just import Superintendant Equipment listing from current DFR Tab Equipment Usage

I was told a couple years ago that the best workaround for this was to add the employee with no time (hrs) to whatever cost code you wanted and then add the equipment to that line. Essentially, adding the name is just a way to allow for 2 more pieces of equipment per line. No employee time is charged, just the equipment's usage time.
