Please show the project name for all documents in the task list including Vendor documents.
Also, for subcontract change orders, the original document number does not show in the task list. Since the change orders are numbered 00000001, 00000002, etc, if you have multiple change orders for different subs in the same project, it looks like you have duplicate numbers.
