Seriously? Why is it useful to know how much you are owed for a project at all times, especially when trying to see what has not yet been billed? All Accounting and even PMs need to know if the amount is correct and what is left to bill...at all times. The info is already there...it just needs to start being pulled in the right reports...like seriously why can't I get the amount billed against a project, the current contract amount and what is left to bill in a straight log anyway?

Thanks, Roger. It is helpful but I need the specific Invoice dates too for all of the projects at once in 1 place as well as the Contract Amount, Last Billed date and Unbilled amount.
Have you tired the "Bonding" report? Under Projects / Reports / Bonding Report. This has the information you are looking for on one line as ide from other cost and WIP data.
