The Canadian T-4 has 2 copies of the information on the same form...top and bottom. The PC template for T4's puts 2 employees information on one page and the lines on the downloaded report do not match the CRA template. I had to manually enter the T4 information into the CRA provided blank T4 template for all of our over 200 employees.
