We could automate how each Customer's projects are set up as it usually the same with each one. Same type Billing form, same type Contact, same Billing address, same Architect, same Retainage amounts, etc. Companies who want to increase their sales could use this information to process projects faster, have the ability to communicate with their Customers more often and more efficiently. There could be so many more forms field on the Customer's page also allowing for more customizable reports. The Contacts information does not include fields such as what Billing format each Customer prefers, etc.
