The system uses the Date WORKED when determining which Effective Date to use for the Pay Rate, however, it uses the CHECK Date when determining which deductions, fringes, and additional pay rates which causes errors on Trade Union reporting. It is especially when the Dates Worked (Pay Period Dates) are in a different month than the check date. It is a high case driver annually in June & July. It would be ideal to either change the Pay Class and Compensation Rates to use the Date Worked for the deductions, fringes, and additional pay when set up in these two records or have an Effective date on them within the setups on the records.
