there appears to be a problem with the proper application of the carryover limit being applied to vacation time when vacation time is taken during the pay period that includes the employee's anniversary date.

when an employee takes vacation during the pay period that includes their anniversary date the system deducts the hours taken from the anniversary date accrual instead of the available vacation time prior to the application of the carryover limit. until this is addressed I cannot have any faith in the tracking of vacation time.
