Currently, you can only print on one side of the paper, because of the how long some report print due to EXTREMELY POOR DESIGNING, we need to be able to print double sided. This is really poor. At least if we could print on both sides it would lessen the amount of wasted paper. Of the standard answer was print to pdf and the actually print the report. Come on Viewpoint get in the current century and give us what we need.

I have tried multiple ways to print to 2 sides and it will not. I click on the print button, chose options to print 2 sided before I actually hit the print key. IT WILL NOT WORK. The printer will print 2 sided in any other software but this stuff.
Gayle, you can print on 1 or 2 sides of a piece of paper. I have done this multiple times, you need to update the settings on your print screen before hitting print.
Michael, You are incorrect in your statement. I have opened the printer dialog box for the server printer and changed the print options to print on 2 sides, BUT IT DOES NOT. I HAVE TRIED THIS MULTIPLE TIMES AND IT WOULD NOT WORK. THIS IS REALLY POOR!!!!!!

Is there a way to print double sided within pcmx. Example: I am printing an customer invoice history report and I want to print on both sides of the paper. I can't find anywhere to do this.

Hi Gayle. Unfortunately, this isn't a function available in ProContractor. However, what you can do is if you save your report to PDF, then when you print that PDF you can tell it to print "double-sided".

The ability to print one 1 side or 2 sides of a piece of paper, is controlled through your printer. If your printer supports it, it can be setup to default print that way or you can set it to print on 2 sides when printing a specific report..
