Currently, when adding a new time card line if a line has been previously entered, the system will copy the previously entered time card. It would be ideal on each time card line to have a copy feature to copy the exact same time card line or use the + to add a new blank line. While it is an option to create several new blank lines when first opening the time card, this option is no longer available when entering time card lines once lines exist.
In addition, when the new time card line copies the previous line, it is easy to forget or overlook to change the Trade Union which could cause over / under paid wages due to copying the previous time card information. This happens especially when the previous time card line was Prevailing Wage when Compensation packages are not setup

Entering Time Card by Employee: Need's user options for how the program auto-fills field values.
As of v 3.16.2, the system automatically enters the "Cost Type" = Labor regardless of what is setup on the Pay Class. For example: When paying "Per Diem" using the Earning Type Per Diem Non Taxable on a Project the system automatically enters the "Cost Type" of labor along with a corresponding GL even though another Cost Type and Chart of Account is assigned on the Pay Class. The user has to remove the "Payroll Cost Account" then change the Cost Type but the Payroll Cost Account does not autofill if left blank in the Cost Type and Project Setup. The user then has to select the Chart of Account in Payroll Cost Account. In addition, if the user adds a new line when there is only one time card line but they want to just change the Project number they have to use this same process
