When Presenting an estimate or Budget report to customer using WBS codes IN Sub-division, this will show sub totals, for a sample of Summary of Works: out of 10 pages estimate customer only questioning how did i came up with that total let say 10,000, right now i have to do several steps and i am getting tire of this! i go to the WBS edit the summary of works, in the notes i put in the description in order to show, or i save a PDF copy one with Billing detail version the show and expand of every items, than copy what i wanted to show and past in in to the note section of the WBS, i refresh and run the report to show what the customer is looking for:
I WANT TO SEE:
RIGHT BEFORE RUINING THE REPORT TO HAVE AN OPTION TO SHOW AN EXPANSION OF WHATEVER GROUP CUSTOMER WANT TO SEE DETAILS, THIS SHALL BE ALREADY IMPLEMENTED
ON THE OPTION SCREEN THERE IS PANTIE OF SPACE TO HAVE LIST OF ALL YOUR DIVISION AND ONLY CHANGE DOES YOU DESIRE PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. that save me 15 different steps to accomplish the same at one click away.
