Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
It is very easy to accidentally click on the Begin Posting button, only to find that the wrong posting group was selected. By then the damage is done. And to find that the posting group belonged to someone else. Well, that creates a very awkward situation. It would be great if there was a message that pops up and asks "Are you sure you want to Post?" Since there is no way to undo posting. I have gone into Post Vendor Invoices and selected a posting group and instead of clicking on the Run Posting Journal button at the bottom left, almost clicked on the Begin Posting button on the right. It's very easy to do when you are trying to do ten things at once.
