Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Federal government requires GC to use their "Declining Scale" method to determine Overhead and Profit on GC self performed or general conditions, AND fee on subcontracted items. I attached the detailed verbiage provided by the government and a sample excel of a change order reflecting the method used. We would like to have this formula added to the "CMR Method" as an option. All our work is currently with the VA and this is a requirement on all changes.
