We spend hours consolidating information that is available in PC but not "together." As a GC, paying Vendors is a huge chunk of time due to having to manually pick and choose who we are able to pay each check run when a couple of Sort Columns added here and there would solve our issue.
ie: On the Select Vendor Invoices for Payment module/Invoice Results
Add Sort Column "Project funded through (Invoice/Billing) Date"
Add Sort Column "As of (Payment) Date"
Now, we can sort by the funding/paid through date, select those that need to be paid through the date chosen and go on with cutting checks in no more time wasted.
Why is it we have to forever toggle back & forth for this info on multiple reports only to spend more time reconciling the spreadsheet we had to create to put the needed info together?
