I cannot even get a simple list of our equipment and their usage rates so that the owner of the company can see what the piece of equipment is and what he is charging his jobs operating time and idle time for so that he can raise those rates accordingly. In Maxwell, I could've made this report weeks ago for him. I have had a case open on this for a week now.

We created a grid that exports to excel and can be easily printed. Not as good as a clean stock report, but pretty good. You create it through Equipment, Setup, View Equipment Setups, View= Equipment Usage Type. Then we created a grid that only shows Active equipment, Usage Type Status= Active, then it Shows the Usage Type Usage Rate and Usage Type Billing Rate.
