Right now the knowledge base article says to manually enter in the Deduction and Fringe into each and every employee file. If you have over 200 employees this is time consuming let alone a bigger chance of human error. It would be a lot easier to have it in something like Company-wide rates. Knowledge base article says the calculation method is NOT available in Company-wide rates. We need to make it available Also, the MA FLA went into effect in October 2019. The knowledge base article shows the max was $132,900 for 2019. the problem is some employee has already earned $132,900 by October so it didn't calculate on them. At the end of the year, we had to pay thousands of dollars due to this setup. Granted it'll be correct in year 2020 but you should keep this in mind for future deductions/fringes.
