Currently, the Oregon Workers Benefit Fund (WBF) is setup on the Workers Compensation Insurance Policy and accrues to the GL assigned in the Payroll Tax Authority, GL Accounts tab field "Income Tax Withheld Account" aka SIT Income Tax. It does make sense for this rather than to accrue to the WC accrual GL since both SIT and WBFare paid to the state of Oregon where WC is paid to Saif.
However, the expense for the WBF goes to the "Insurance Classification" assigned in the Payroll Cost Account. The same GL for Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance.
Please create an accrual GL field in either the Insurance Policy next to the Aatrix tax codes or on the Payroll Tax Authority GL Accounts tab. Please create separate Payroll Cost Account fields for Workers Compensation, General Liability, and WBF expenses
In addition, add option when copying Insurance Policy to copy Aatrix codes
