Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Sometimes the check and advice numbers overlap and it is difficult to differentiate between the two in the Bank Reconciliation Screen. It is not an option to change the advice number since it is system defined without a possible data fix that is a billable item or add leading zero's or letter to the check number. Some bank will have sections on their bank statements to separate out paper checks and direct deposits so it would be ideal to have this column
