I need to pay a Loan and the balance is already on the Balance Sheet. 'Today, I have to enter an invoice (????? the balance already exists) indicating that I will be paying the monthly statement.
(Our company has several loans on the balance sheet and we have to create monthly invoices for something that is already posted so we can pay..... (really backwords)
Also, if portion of the payment is to offset the loan and another portion is interest, I should be able to select (like on the journal window) Line 1 - $9999 to Liability Account and add a line and Line 2 - $99 to Interest Expense.
Or a delivery person just drop the meal for the team. I need to enter an invoice instead just issuing the check to Bank and Expense account Meals and Entertainment.
This function would be located either under Vendor or directly into Financial with all other banking functions.
It takes three (03) times longer to work single payments in Pro Contractor than any other system.
The lack of this function costs time and unnecessary usage of the employee time.
