it is common for Overtime and Doubletime rules to be set by a state agency. Currently, the Overtime rules can be assigned in Payroll Settings (applies to ALL payroll), Trade Union (applies to all Pay Classes in that Trade Union), or Compensation Package (calculates on Work Location). While it is an option to create a Compensation Package, it can be alot of work to set up and extra steps. It would best ideal that the "Payroll Tax Authority" screen had this option for setup
