In CA we have to maintain many ratios on public works projects like 1:5 apprentice to journeyman hours and now 30% of our workforce has to be Skilled and Trained. We could check a box making certain employees 'Skilled and Trained' per the statute then run per project reports to make sure we are staying on track with the ratios.
