when we are sending pay advices from PCMX, the body contains "You will need to enter the pay stub password to open the attached documents. Please contact company payroll administrator for information about the password." this will end up everyone reply the email for a password. so I think it will be much better if we can add a feature that we can edit the message like saying your password is your birthdate and your last 4 of SSN, mmddyyyyssss.

We have union and nonunion employees. And both would benefit from a modified message in the body of the email or the very least have the message give the format of the password. mmddyyyy####
Being able to change this message if important to us, we have workers who only speak french and we would like to be able to translate the message from english to french
At minimum, it would be ideal to add additional lines with different languages to this message such as Spanish and French since ProContractor is used for more than just American Payroll and has a high number of mexican workers in the US.

The concern was that the email, in of itself is not secure. So if the email was intercepted, and the password information was available, it would be easier to gain access to that employee's information.
