When processing PO's for our traveling project managers, if they make a purchase at the same location on the same day but the cost codes are different, the PO will combine the two totals into one line item.
The costs were purchased on the company's credit card. There are many times the person stops for fuel (our cost code 0147) and then maybe get food (our cost code 0149). We enter each receipt as a lump sum cost. You would think it would print out each line item as you enter it, but what happens is it will combine both charges. And then when you print the PO, it only shows one line item and it uses the first cost code that you entered.
The only way I can figure out how to get the costs separate is I will have to add another character at the end of the line description (like a number or *).
It's not a huge deal on our end, but I noted the Suggestion option under the Help tab and thought I'd submit.
