Need PCMX to Audit the accounts to make sure they are in balance!

Other programs like American Contractor and Sage 100 Contractor provide a system feature for the general ledger and payroll that audits transactions and account balances to make sure everything is in balance. Especially during power outages or glitches where the possibility of data corruption can happen. 

Currently, we do not have any tool to help us know if there is a data integrity issue and/or accounts don't balance. For example. does the AR Aging or AP Aging reports as of a certain date tie perfectly to the Balance Sheet?

Does all the payroll cost reports YTD tie to the financials?

Support can help us when we eventually find an issue but we should have the system audit itself to help us know if there is a problem somewhere that needs fixing.
