Currently you have to make the change "on the day the tax changes". When local tax authorities notify us for upcoming changes on a specific date, we could add that change with the effective date and not have to be concerned with reminders to manually change the rate on the specific date. This local tax authority set up could be similar to the Employees:Taxes & Insurance:Federal Retirement & Unemployment Insurance in Employees. Add an Effective Date column.
