We had some fraud with our checks and when we set up a fraud service at our bank they require a check register be submitted for all check issued daily. They match the names on the checks that are present to this list supplied. With the names appearing as last name , then first name it throws them all out as not a match. This creates a lot of work for the bank as well as for us as each one of these differences has to be checked and approved before the bank will pay the check. I am sure that my bank is not the only one that requires this.

I use the Payment Listing report but I still have to fix it because the vendor name has the vendor number also. I found a short cut to remove them now but in the past I had to manually go thru each line and remove the vendor number before submitting. Even if we can get the Payment Listing report to pull with the vendor number separate or removed would be nice.
