When you are adding new billing codes on a CMR, until that CMR is turned into an approved Owner Change Order, the billing codes will show no where other than if you pull up the CMR again and look at the Item Detail / Billing Codes tab. They will not show up on the next CMR when going to search on the Billing Codes, nor if you enter that same code on another CMR will it detect that it's been used since it's technically not a valid Billing Code until it's on an approved Owner Change Order.
I have looked at all views / reports to see if there would be anything that would show the code and unfortunately there is not other than pulling up the CMRs again.
We are going to keep some type of external spreadsheet to show the last used code so it's known what number to use on the next CMR. Currently there are no available options for you to see any of those unapproved CMR billing codes.
