Each year I have to enter 100+ Compensation rates with wage and fringe info manually. If there was a way to upload this info it would be much faster and accurate.

Agreed!! An export/import function for this would be extremely helpful. When yearly increases happen and you have multiple rates and fringes to edit, updating the rates in one spreadsheet and being able to import back the changes would increase accuracy and reduce so much time!
