Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
We currently use Procontractor for three companies. Two companies are related. The third company is a subsidiary but does something completely different from the other two companies.
Currently, every vendor in the system appears to be associated with all three companies. All of the vendors for the two related companies show up on the unrelated company's compliance report. Obviously, this also happens where the unrelated company's vendors show up on the two related companies' compliance report.
We have tried using future GL, WC, and Contractor License expiration dates in order to exclude vendors from company specific compliance reports. This is not helpful and creates extra work.
Additionally, our city requires us to have a copy of each company's business license on file. It would be great if we could customize each compliance requirement to the individual need of the company/vendor...not a generic "applies to ALL companies" GL, WC, Contractors License requirement.
What is the purpose of the check boxes within the Compliance tab if we cannot uncheck them to exclude unrelated companies or make them specific to our requirements?! Can a feature be added that allows vendors to be allocated to specific companies? Or can a feature be added that allows vendor compliance to be company specific?
