Currently we are on the 26th day of trying to obtain a user license . We just want to purchase a second user license. In the past this could be accomplished on a telephone call in about 10 minutes.
We are on day 26 with no resolution.
Trimble may want to make this easier!

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
