Equipment Status Report: Meter History Report From Date instead of initial meter reading

Currently, the meter quantity on the equipment status report is calculated by subtracting the initial meter reading by the most recent meter reading. This doesn't allow you to compare the utilization and actual meter readings in a specific time period. The system should take the difference between the most recent meter reading to the report through date and the report lowest meter reading corresponding to the report from date. This allows you to compare your productive usage and meter history for a specific time period.
