When entering transactions with multiple lines, it would be helpful if the error message would give the line number that has the problem. For example, when entering a timecard, an employee had 20 lines and the message was something like "payroll insurance classification required." It would be helpful if it told you what line needed attention so I didn't have to search through all of them.
Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Unfortunately, I don't think we'll see much improvement any time soon. If you look over the "Accounting Suggestions" some of them that have the most votes are still here and have been here for 9 months. What does that say about our improvement suggestions. I understand that estimating is important, but the company's bottom line (the accounting portion of the software) is what keeps the world revolving. This whole transition from Management Suite to PC is very disappointing. If they truly look at the enhancement requests weekly as I have been told you think more things would have been corrected, improved or redone by now. I am sure that those of us who used American Contractor feel the same way. Both systems had some truly good things about them that they totally left out of PC.
I absolutely agree as well! This program is supposed to be helpful, not waste our time when it knows where the error is.
Agreed. The program knows where the error is so it should let the end user know as well!
I agree, It's frustrating to have an error message come up and you have no idea what line it is talking abut. The error messages need to be more specific.
