Apply Vendor refund check directly against AP credit balance from Cash Receipts module

Add 3 additional options/tabs in the Cash Receipts module.  Make it possible to post cash receipts:

1) Directly to any GL account. -- (OK if you want to prohibit direct-posting against special-entry accounts like AR or AP)

2) Against an open AP credit balance for a vendor.  (Directly clearing the AP credit with the posting of a refund check through Cash Receipts journal)

3) As previously-unposted revenue (debit or credit) to a project.  (Particularly if I have a small rounding discrepancy either way on final payment)

General idea is I want the ability to post all incoming funds regardless of character/source in a single Cash-Receipts posting journal which balances to a single bank deposit for the day/period.
