Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
As a subcontractor, our Project Managers are our best line of contact to our customers which in our case is usually a general contractor. We have much much more success having our PMs shoot off an email to the General Contractor's PM to inquire about payment, rather than having our accounting department call their accounting department.
Being able to break out the aging reports with specifically one PM's jobs allows a quick printout or PDF to be distributed to each PM to see what money they can make calls on.
We were able to do this in American Contractor, but am sad to see I can't do it in Procontractor.
