Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
If they don't show as available, user can think there is a problem with the system. Perhaps someone in purchasing created the PO and accidentally checked "payment hold". Now AP person knows the invoice is there but can't figure out why they can't pay it. Ultimately, this probably ends up as a tech support call. If the invoices appeared in the vendor invoice payment selection, then it would be obvious to the user and would eliminate tech support calls.

Jordan, the quickest way to troubleshoot this is to submit a support case and they can review your setup etc. You can submit a case from the Help menu in PC select the item called Submit a new Case.

..and we are on version 3.12.1.0.141
All of our invoices have an invoice status of Open or Pay and all of my "Hold Reasons" are blank. I know for sure of 6 invoices for which there has been a payment hold placed on the contracts to which they are billed. Why would they not be showing up?
This feature has been included in the 3.12.1 release available 1/11/2019. The hold reason is also available to add to the grid.
