VENDOR INVOICE ENTRY: CONTACTS / ROUTING

When entering a Pending invoice, the system should flag you if you forget to put in the Contacts / Routing info.  Sometimes it's days before I realize that I forgot to route the invoice!

I agree, definitely need a way for the "Contact Type" to auto default instead of having to enter it every time. Would cut down on time to enter invoices  significantly.

Also, once you select the "Add Document Routing Distribution Group" you shouldn't have to select the Contact Type each time.  That just wastes a  lot of time to have to enter the same info everytime.
