There should be a way to print w2 by each state so the you are not looking through hundreds of w-2 to print for one state that needs to be filed with hard copies. Plus there should be place on the summary sheet by each state how many w2's are to be filed by each state.

We work in two states as well. It would seem logical that when you print W'2 (other than the copy or the SSA), that it would print all the W2's for one state and then all the w2's for the second state. Of course, we have to remember nothing ever get accomplished by Viewpoint quickly. This has been on the list now for 2 years.
So very sad.
This would be a valuable time saver!
Our Illinois 4Q filing requires the total number of W2's filed for the state and I have to manually count a stack of over 100 to get this number because they are combined with Indiana.
