Currently, all of a customer's outstanding invoices are listed together on their statement. This would help us as well as the customer we are sending the statement to.

Absolutely agree! The option is great to have. American Contractor will print statements by job or just for the client. To be able to have it by job on one statement makes it very clear for the customer exactly what jobs have balances.
Take a look at this tatement from PC's sample company, if you were the customer, would you know what job each of the invoices were for? I wouldn't.
