Some of our employees have selected an inactive employee with a similar name instead of the active employee. It would be nice if inactive employees were unavailable to access in mobile connect.

Or put the security set up in the employee screen so we can maintain as we add new employees.

There should also be an option to automatically add new employees so it doesn't need to be done manually every time we have a new hire.
It would be great if we could delete a mobile user once inactive
Welp, we are in the spring of 2018 and there doesn't appear to be a fix for this yet. Nor is there apparently a way to change the sort settings either
The Spring, 2017 release will have changes that only 'active' employees or 'active' equipment will be visible in the lookups for time entry (Timecard and Daily Field Report).
