We use the Current Earnings Statement report to send payroll to our payroll processing company in batches, separated by criteria: Company, field labor, management, etc. The only available selection criteria are company and employee. Right now when we pull the report, we have to select the entire company, then manually select or un-select employees for the appropriate payroll submission. This creates the opportunity to leave certain employees off payroll submission, or have some employees submitted twice. Additional selection criteria would speed up our payroll submission and cut down on errors.

Posting Group would be ideal since it is on the Payroll Hours & Earnings Report, not to mention it is more specific than Pay System. Multiple Payroll Posting Groups can contain the same Pay System
I absolutely agree. There is so much room for "human error" without this.
